The Residence Hall Association (RHA) at California State University, Chico serves as the representative voice for students living in university-owned residence halls. By acting as a bridge between residents and Associated Students, university administration, residence hall staff, and the Chico community, RHA ensures that student perspectives shape the campus housing experience.
At Chico State, RHA is committed to promoting students’ intellectual, educational, cultural, physical, and social well-being. As the umbrella organization supporting Community Councils (COCOs), RHA creates leadership opportunities that encourage residents to take an active role in campus living. From designing community events and informational programs to leading improvement initiatives and recognition ceremonies, RHA helps foster unity and school spirit within residential communities.
