Residence Hall Staff Council – Strengthening Residential Communities at Texas A&M University

The Residence Hall Staff Council plays a vital leadership role within campus housing at Texas A&M University. As the representative assembly of all Resident Advisor staff, Staff Council promotes communication between student staff and the Department of Residence Life, the Residence Hall Association, and other university offices. Its board-of-directors structure, led by the Executive Council, ensures that residence hall staff voices are organized, heard, and translated into thoughtful recommendations.
Because Resident Advisors are central to supporting first-year students and new members of the campus community, Staff Council’s work directly strengthens the student living experience.
